Our Story
VRDDHI was founded with a simple yet profound belief: that the seeds of change are best planted in young minds. What began as a small initiative to bring children closer to nature and agriculture has grown into a multi-programme foundation aligned with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals.
Registered with the Government of India and Triple ISO Certified, VRDDHI today operates across schools, rural communities, and urban centres — delivering experiential learning programmes in Horticulture, Apiculture, Sericulture, Smart Farming, Animal Husbandry, and Entrepreneurship.
Every programme is designed not just to teach, but to transform — building skills, instilling values, and inspiring a lifelong commitment to sustainability.

Message from the Founder
Mrs. Bhavani Jayaprakash
We do not inherit the Earth from our ancestors — we borrow it from our children. VRDDHI exists to ensure that every child we touch becomes a conscious, capable guardian of this borrowed Earth.
Mrs. Bhavani Jayaprakash is the Founder, Managing Director, and Chief Executive Officer of VRIDDHI. She is the visionary architect behind the company's mission to integrate education, sustainability, and agricultural innovation into the lives of young learners.
Mrs. Bhavani is a passionate educationist in juxtaposition with being a vibrant social entrepreneur having many decades of experience in providing Holistic Education, and Experiential learning to young learners. Her leadership philosophy emphasizes creativity, innovation, inclusiveness, sustainability, and social impact. Inspired by the belief that agriculture is the foundation of civilization, she is dedicated to nurturing future generations of responsible citizens and dynamic Agri-entrepreneurs for a Healthy & Sustainable future!
Her vision of integrating agriculture and ecology holistically into mainstream education has shaped VRDDHI's unique approach — one that combines scientific rigour with the joy of "Learning by Doing".
